35 minutes on the track (I burn over 100 calories)
15 minutes on Nustep machine
15 laps around the walking track

I’ve been vegetarian for about two or three months now and haven’t had a sugary drink in three months yet I still weigh over 200 pounds. Not all overweight people are the stereotype. I go to the gym every day and every other weekend.

I haven't visited my school's gym in about three months (I took the Summer off because I wanted a break from studying), so in turn I haven't had many opportunities to get needed exercise.

When the new school year begins one week from tomorrow, I'll try to keep to my usual routine:

30-45 minutes on a treadmill (I burn about 150-200 calories)

10 rounds on the indoor track (this takes about 15 minutes at the most)

30 minutes playing games with a school recreational club (usually badminton or table tennis)

I usually just walk 3-4 miles, but at least three days per week I try to fool around on some of the arm and shoulder machines for aesthetics. Sometimes I forgo walking for shooting hoops by myself. I did that when I was a kid after school and it always relaxed me.

I can easily gain weight when I’m a vegetarian, and I don’t drink soda. It’s very easy to fail on focusing on protein enough and to overdo carbs.

I don’t go to the gym, but I go on walks everyday and do some yoga at home.

It’s very important to be aware of calories because it takes awhile to burn 300 calories through exercise, but it only takes a few minutes to consume them.

I actually gained weight during the time of my life in which I was getting the most exercise, but that’s an extreme example which probably isn’t applicable here.

Also, consider adding a multivitamin to your plan if you haven’t already. Ensuring that you are getting enough iron and B vitamins will keep your energy level and overall well-being up,

I walk to work every morning which is a distance of 2 and a half miles. I also work out with dumbbells 4-5 times a week mostly focusing on my upper body. I’m in reasonable shape as a result of all that but I could benefit from doing some more exercise that focuses on my core.

Looking to realy up my gym work and protein levels this year to see what I can get from it. Going to go back to my 2017 & 2018 workouts but eat cleaner and build up to pushing heavier through the year.

A while back I did the Evil Russian's Hit the Deck program. Makes you strong very fast, but I think it did a bit of a number on my elbows. The hardest days I did 1188 pushups in 12 hours.

New year, new decade and new beginnings and all that: got me a gym membership and my new project for bodily improvement will probably be Stronglifts 5x5: five sets of five reps of three fundamental excersises each session: Squats, deadlifts, benchpress, overhead press and barbell rows.

I keep comparing my social life to my peers social lives, and whenever anyone says what they've done with their friends I get all depressed and beat myself up about it because I've had very little chance to do much at all with 'friends' in my life.

I don't usually go to a gym in a traditional sense, but when I do, it looks like:

10 min stretching
25 min free weights
15 min punching bag
45 min rock wall
20 min resistance bands
10 min stretching

My sport is weird though, and can't easily be done in a gym, so most of the time I go to a special kind of facility for that (about 2-3 hours a day 5-6 days a week).

:ninja:
It's really too much sometimes, but I'm preparing for something currently, so this is my routine for about 5 months now.
