Mine has never been too good, but has worsened since the lockdown. According to the osteopath my left hip joint moves OK,but my right one doesn't.There's a pronounced leaning to the right.Just walking 200 or so steps to put the rubbish out can be painful.

The osteo doesn't expect things to be normal given my long history of poor balance, coordination and gait ,but to get it to the level it was pre lock down.

I have no idea, but I have been told by my youngest brother that he can tell exactly where I am by the way I walk etc., but I don't notice that I have issues.

One thing I do know is that I tended to ride my bicycle at a slight angle. Always have done. Probably explains why I used to get knee issues when I rode with SPD pedals. (Cost a small fortune to change some of my bicycles to SPD and then I found the need to change back to using toe clips and straps. Ah well. )

I've improved mine by stretching more.

The person who found that I had a slightly curved spine (Not an official medical expert but an elderly health expert who was very knowledgable in his field) actually said I should hang from our stairs as a daily exercize. I rarely have though. Maybe I should try.
