When I’m in bed, I get more numb in my body, when I laid on my sides, my upper arms gets sooo numb, if I lay on my stomach, it presses my bladder. My feet & toes can be sooo numb, it’s weird, they can feel soft like it can break, my leg can hurt too near my knee, it can feel soft. I can get sooo numb in my fingers too. I’m 50, should I be taking more vitamins? I’m taking vitamins B, C & D3. I’m never good with knowing what to take for my body.

Have you talk about this with your doctor Kitty?

There are many things that can cause numbness like you described, and it's important that you figure out the cause.

The first thing that popped into my mind was "poor circulation". One of the most common symptoms of poor circulation is numbness and tingling in the hands and feet. When something is restricting the flow of blood, and blood cannot reach the extremities in sufficient quantities, a person may also have a sensation of pins and needles.

The other symptoms of poor circulation are detailed here: What to know about poor circulation

I agree with AuroraBorealisGazer, check with your doctor and track it to ground.
