I was inspired to create this thread after watching Home which proved to contain a line that cracked me up.

"Gorg parts will not fit, they are metric."

This went a little deeper for me because I dabble in engineering.

So, what is your favourite funniest line?

Too many to list, but one in particular stands out very easily.

From the 2003 cult film The Room; considered one of the worst movies ever made.
