What does this meme come from?

It's a meme that is floated around a lot, where it's a picture of short video exerpt of a guy dressed in neon gree, with glasses and a nitcap, screaming in a public place, or so that's what it looks like he is doing in the picture, or short video. It just drives me nuts where this meme came from originally, since I see it all the time, but does anyone know where it's from?

That is a Trump demonstrator screaming "NO!" at the tops of her lungs back in 2017.

SHE is an anti-Trump demonstrator captured on video losing her cool as Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States on January 20, 2017.

It all makes sense now, does it not?

Oh okay I thought it was a guy but it is hard to tell when making a screaming face I guess. But now that you said anti-trump supporter I found the video. I thought maybe she was going over the top for the sake of the camera, but maybe not. Thanks for the input.
