I don't know anything about anime, but tsundere is from tsun and dere. Tsun is usually the public face, because you don't want others to see your girly softness in public. But it's okay to be dere, lovey-dovey, in private, e.g. with a boyfriend.
Some girls are just tsun or just dere. A tsun-girl is scary. A dere-girl is like a doll.
Based on this impossibly deep analysis this image from 2008 that has somehow miraculously remained up until 2021 is unambigiously, um ... tsun?

I like it, but idk if it were me I might have put some arm-pit hair to...cause it is supposed to be unsightly but some women are challenging that. I mean I don't shave my arm-pits but haven't been able to brave a sleeveless shirt clearly showing it in public even though I believe in the idea, I admit I end up defaulting to at least a short sleeved shirt at least to cover it up most of the time.
