I sing-a-long to lots of my music, so I've memorized lots of songs.

Depeche Mode - Tainted Love, Strange Love, Enjoy The Silence, People Are People
Queen - Killer Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody
Andrew Lloyd Webber- Stranger Than You Dreamt It, Phantom of the Opera
The Kinks - Turning Japanese
ACDC - Big Balls
Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood
Sweet Dreams, who sang that first?
Pink Floyd - Hey You
Styx - Mr. Roboto, Miss America, Castle Walls

OK, I'm going to bed soon. Their's lots more, but I'm tired. So, what songs have you all memorized...and sing-a-long too?

Yeah, I'm with vetivert, there's a lot of songs I've memorised, too many to list. I don't think I'd quite put the number up there at the thousands though, heh.

Just like Vetivert and Danlo, far too many to list. Especially songs from the 60's (when I was a teenager). I still know them.

Unlike Vetivert, however, I am hardly a singer. 8)

LOL!! I can't sing either, but I have memorised a great many songs. Depending on what you mean by memorised....if I have the music I can sing any song on one of the CDs I own...extreme familiarity is how I enjoy music best :D If you mean memorised to sing myself without the music....the whole of "Phanton of the Opera" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", most of Amy Grant, "Everything's OK" by Chris Rice, "You Found Me" Kelly Clarkson "Cowboy take me away" "Goodbye Earl" "Travelin' soldier" "Landslide" and "cold Day in July" by the Dixie Chicks and lots more by lots of other artists I can't remember off the top of my head :P I am terrible at singing as well, but I love to sing. So I save my singing for when there's no one else around

Let's see now....

Michael W. Smith (too many to mention)
Larry Norman (same thing)
Audio Adrenaline ("Hands and Feet", "Get Down")
Into the West (from LotR)

As well as remembering the melody and tunes to many soundtracks and other songs I've listened to over the years, mostly LotR. ;)

Soft Cell did it as a cover.

Someone I Found On Forum WHile Using Google wrote:
Gloria Jones, wife of T Rex singer Marc Bolan. originally did this song in 1964. And it was originally a soul song.

Too many to count! Songs settle themselves in my mind without me having to try and learn them - which is very useful for musicals with my drama group.

Most of the disney songs, but they're not hard to learn really.

Most of the songs saved on my computer - well, all of them, except for the ones that aren't in English.

The songs from the musicals I've done, even the songs that I wasn't involved in, so: Cabaret, Little Shop of Horrors, and Under the Hill and Heart of the Wood from The Dreaming (we've only just started production on that one).

Some of the songs that I heard when I was a child and just starting to listen to music - some of the Spice Girls songs and things from around that time.

At this moment, Namiko covers her ears and screams like a Nazgûl. Sorry... some of my friends from church were singing that song over and over and over when we were all at some social function, most likely the youth group beach party.

Must add many of Mark Schultz's songs. :) And the Spanish songs we sang when our youth group went to Mexico on a missions trip. That was fun... considering less than half the people spoke Spanish!

Whoa! I have cousins in Texas who went to Mexico on a mission trip during the summer. I wonder if you might know them?
