I have a nice photo of me that i want to use as my avatar here but every time it just tells me there are to many pixels and then when i try resizing the picture it still says theres too many pixels how do other people have their own photo for their avatar?

Hopefully someone here can answer your actual question, but, in the meantime, I would just urge you to consider carefully whether you really want to display your photo in the first place, if you have not already considered all the possible ramifications. Alas, online harassment is a thing.

At least you're not using your legal name here, so you're protecting your privacy on that front.

I know online harasment is a thing but i dont think it will affect my job as im already in a job been there for 10 years my employer knows me well and knows i have autism

im not into making friends but i want people here to know me more than just words on a post
