To add an image (assuming you are on a laptop / pc device):
1) Right click on the image - select open image in new tab and then copy the URL of that new tab.
2) When creating a new reply, click the insert image icon (last icon on the right).
3) Paste that URL into the box that appears then click 'Insert into message'.
