Is there a toothpaste that is not strong? When I brush my teeth, I can have trouble, I can choke, almost throw up, the smell of the toothpaste can be strong.

I believe we don't really need toothpaste for hygiene, this is something to make the process a little more pleasant. So just don't use it or use as as little as you like.
