Just thought I’d share because he’d be a super cool tenant/neighbour to have.



There’s also some hotrod shop from California that’s looking for a space in our area Because of the car culture nearby. There’s an annual car show weekend called the Langley Good Times Cruise-In that attracts probably thousands of cars - classics, muscle cars, hot rods. 15-20 min drive from my friends building is the epicentre of that car culture here. So well known that even hot rod shops in California looking to expand and build cars in other markets know about it. Pretty cool beans even if it’s not in my friend’s automotive niche. Would be super cool if this guy And the Cali shop takeover the rest of the building!
