Hi! I just published a book called, "Meditate Yourself Fit: The Key to Ending Compulsive Eating." It's better than a book on losing weight, bc you could find it again. Instead, it's a program for reprogramming yourself to eat healthfully by slowing changing your habits by adding mindfulness to your life. Anyway, you can find it at Balboa press. It's really carefully written, which I think is one of my superpowers as an Asperger (resident of Aspergia).....I can sit for hours and hours alone and just write.
