I started watching the Netflix TV series "Atypical", on the recommendation of my girlfriend.
The main character is a young man who is described as (or implied to be?) autistic.
In a scene where he's offering his sister a gift, he says a specification of the gift (an unnecessary and pedantic detail), and I thought "That can't be right", and looked it up.
Sure enough, the spec was off by exactly an order of magnitude.
Are the writers of that show f*****g with me?
