DFG is short for Delusions of guilt.

When lawyers say that you have the right to remain silent, and that anything I do or say will be held against me in court of law, what type of police officers are they talking about? Because mental health crisis team are also police officers, and I confessed to them about the crimes that I believed that I committed, they investigated and they found out that I am innocent, but I still believed that I was a criminal.

From my experience, mental health crisis team will less likely to incriminate you than regular police officers.

It's very annoying, because from my experience, when I call 911 and report symptoms of suicidal ideations associated with delusions of guilt that I had, police comes first and then mental health professionals second. And the reason why it's very annoying, it's because I couldn't assist myself accurately and just confessed to my imaginary crimes that I believed that I committed, and evidence to the contrary, my beliefs could not be prevailed. But it's very risky, because I confessed to the imaginary crimes that I derealed on, and at the end, the police officer gave me a warning that anything I say or do can be held against me I court. Well, that was very annoying, because I at that time I was very incompetent.

If you are not in a super huge city, eventually the officers called will understand you and your struggles.
You might even try to stop by the local office and introduce yourself if its a small community.
In many places the police do keep track of those who may find themselves in trouble over their neurological or biochemical struggles. Sending best wishes. I understand it is something very scary to have to work with.

Thank you!

Even though I am less likely to be falsely incriminated, because I was found to be innocent three times and my beliefs could not be derealed, but when I was found innocent the third time, I became self-aware that I have a very serious mental illness, but I still had mild anosognosia.

The scary thing is that the first officer explained that anything I do or say can be used against me in court, but I was incompetent at that time.

I understand. Very scary indeed.
Do you carry an ID that you can use to introduce yourself ?

I have a card that says I am autistic which I can give along with my other ID when asked for that.

It explains how I might act or react when I am under stress.

Do you have a person you could call when you have episodes of struggle with your illness?
Sometimes people have advocates who can help them through stuff like this.

Might want to see if you can find a disability lawyer and talk about this stuff to see where you stand in your country, state, county, city from a legal perspective.
There may be other ways of helping yourself in times like these.

I do. I have a psychiatrist and a school psychologist, but I don't think my school psychologist is familiar with psychiatric words, because I have history of mania, severe symptoms of ADHD and some symptoms of Conduct Disorder Unspecified.

I used to go to therapy, but it's too expensive.

I would assume that they mean all police officers & anyone officially working for them. In some places mental health workers have mandatory reporting laws & are required to report confessed serious crimes to the police if they suspect that their patient may have actually committed them. In general it's best not to talk to the police or mental health care workers about any potential crimes you may have committed until you have consulted a lawyer. If the police do not believe you & you keep confessing to them, they might look for a reason to arrest you or threaten to for wasting their valuable time. If you regularly call 911 to confess to non-serious things, you could be arrested for abuse of the 911 system. If they believe you are confessing things you did not really do due to a mental illness, that could be grounds to have you committed to a mental facility.

That makes sense.
