A phobia is a neurosis. Anxiety is a neurosis. It’s most psychological pathologies that aren’t psychoses.

For what it's worth, Schizophrenia [with high insight] was my reason. Which for some reason I hate mentioning. I ended up in the usual long-term negative symptom dead-zone with the odd flare up of delusions and hallucinations. Which tend to follow the course of Psychotic Depression outside of paranoia due to the insight, other than seeing and hearing things that is, but you get used to them (I'm probably undermedicated to be honest).

I guess stigma is why I don't mention it.

Autism really doesn't have any in comparison.
