The "Nudge-Nudge" vignette isnt quite what you're talking about.
The second guy thinks that the dignified looking guy in the bowler hat is ...a swinger, or a wife swapper. The audience cant tell WHY the second guy thinks that. But he thinks that. And the plotline is all about how the second guy tries to hook up with the first guy and his wife to get some action...but has to talk in circumlocution to do so.
But this sketch by the Canadian troupe called the "Frantics" IS exactly what you're talking about.

.
Yeah that cartoon is an example.
In a different way (not sex, nor scatology, but using dumb physical slapstick) Dick VanDyke did much the same thing.

This was an early example of a certain schtick of his. I remember seeing a more polished later version in which he did it up his character as a snooty critic. He would sit at the desk and talk about how the "folks used to laugh at dumb slapstick, like Laurel and Hardy, and the Stooges. But we modern audiences only laugh at more sophisticated humor". And all the while he is making pratfalls and causing the audience to roar with laughter.

When you put humans in groups together, their maturity level and overall IQ drops dramatically. They become virtually incapable of independent thought. That's why I have to avoid groups of humans whenever possible. Just being near a group of people and it's "urge to kill... rising".

Yes that's quite a clever one.
