On days I exercise/sweat more I drink 1.5 litres of water. However on the days I don’t I usually only drink 1 litre of water.

Do you think I am having enough water or do I need to increase my water intake?

Probably 2 litres of water is best.

Well, if you are going and drinking at that pub a lot you should drink even more water.

beer is liquid but it does not really hydrate, so I mean you should regularly drink water...but also when you go out to the pub you should have a couple glasses of water between your beers to stay hydrated.

If I drink my pints of beer more slowly (like 1 pint an hour) will I still need water to stay hydrated?
