Yes am fully aware about fermenting yeast creating alchohol . In tiny amounts unless distilled for Alchohol creating substances . ( Use at your own risk) Alchohol = Solvent > protective gut bacteria/ linings .
Some strains of yeast produce quite high concentrations of alcohol. Most alcoholic drinks are not distilled, beer, wine cider etc. The only alcohols that are distilled are spirits - though distilled spirit can be used to fortify other drinks, such as port, sherry and vermouth.
If taken with a meal, most alcohol is absorbed through the stomach lining and has minimal effect on even the small intestine.
