Moments or all the time?

I also completely stopped masking after I got my diagnosis (though I didn't do much masking anymore anyway - I got diagnosed in my late 30s and already had a 100% schizoid lifestyle). Unmasking actually helped me, because social interaction became slightly less stressful to me.

After the diagnosis I also consciously understood that routines can make my life less stressful, and that it would cause distress to lose my routines. So I started to take care of my routines. Some of my routines were almost 2 decades old at the time I got diagnosed btw.

I feel like I used to more, but not as much now, although I still feel symptoms.
