Crap. Now I'm going to have to act like I have more knowledge than someone who's only seen the first two movies, and only paid half-attention to those; never read any of the books.

I certainly agree with the Sirius Black thing for me - yes, I am loyal and faithful to those I care about but yes, I can be a touch bit arrogant when things look good (when things look good!? 
I must be joking...
