Seeking Advice on Compression Vests/Shirts

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or advice on finding a compression vest/shirt as an adult woman who needs compression on the entire torso (think typical t-shirt length). Every other day or so I almost have a meltdown because it feels like my body is trying to escape through my back, and my weighted blanket hasn't been cutting it because the pressure isn't localized enough. I've been looking online but have only seemed to find products for kids.
