I don't have a clue who she is. The only spices in music I'm familiar with are The Spice Girls. They were hot but I bought all 3 of their CDs because their music was very catchy & upbeat.

Ditto. Thought she was a lost and found member of the Spice Girls of a generation ago, so I looked her up on UTube, and learned of this new star. She does have a certain physical asset (to make up for less than obvious talent) and she would be hawt if she would only remember to shave off her mustache. Apparently she is a controversial person who some say rose to fame "too fast"- manufactured fame, or something. There a tons of opinion vids about her. But I will leave explaining that mess to someone who has time to watch all of those videos!

Funny how music is supposed to be "cool", but performers are supposed to have sex appeal and to be "hawt". So in the Nineties all the male rappers had solidified water in their names to indicate "coolness" (Ice T, Vanilla Ice, Snow), but the Spice girls had spice to indicate 'hotness'. This gal combines both in "Ice Spice". Clever. :D

I do give her props for making this an actual song; the solo version very clearly is not.

TBH, that's specifically why I didn't buy any of their albums. That was during a period where catchy music would be in my head loud enough to prevent me from hearing people.

I thought that they'd finally given up on getting Posh back into the group and had found a new member sort of like kept happening with the Ramones over the years.

We couldn't get Posh but here's the next best thing, Ace Frehley.

Meanwhile Posh is trying to get her Space Man make-up just right.
