my store just started it's remodel & I'm in for a tough time
I haven't been overloaded much at all at work lately, thanks to my noise reduction earplugs. But we're getting remodeled now, the store's in chaos and I'm getting overwhelmed already with all the extra noise and all the to-do. This will be going on for a while, I guess I need to prepare accordingly...

Something like that happened to me when Tesco opened a new food supermarket across the road from my usual Sainsburys store. Sainsburys fought back by rearranging all their stuff in an attempt to make themselves look new and exciting. My response was that if they were going to give me a thumping great learning curve I may as well go to the new Tesco, though that would have been an over-reaction. So I got used to it, until recently when Sainsburys closed their store. I left the country just before they did that, so I'm dreading the new learning curve when I return. I do wish they'd leave things alone. I'm sure there's an untapped market in providing for people who don't like unsolicited learning curves.
