Opinion on best lotion/ sensitive skin care

Ok, so the last couple days I had been looking up some good sensitive skin products and I came upon cerave healing ointment. Well, yesterday at Walmart I bought a tub and I put it on my whole body today and maybe I did a little too much but my skin has not had any pain so far where the pain is usually the worst!! ! Its nice because a mix of petroleum and something else but its not liquidy as lotion but its not also as greasy as Vaseline it's pretty much a solid that almost looks like wax. Best thing ever my skin has not felt this pain free in years!! ! If anyone has chafing, dry skin or very sensitive skin get it, the price is worth it because it's also made by the academy of dermatologists so they know what theyre doing.
