Getting overstimulated in own environment

Had to have me a nap because I was overstimulated by listening to music while I had a timer running and the AC running.

The thing is, I often use the timer to combat executive dysfunction, so having to stop my tasks ruined my productivity for the day.

I also nap as a coping method for autistic overstimulation.
