I wished to ask, maybe someone happens to know whether this book is availiable online somewhere?

Some people here in Lithuania, including me, have a lot of trouble with Internet purchases, so right now it's practically an impossibility. I'd love to read that book, though; I heard some very good things about it, and the author is bipolar as well as autistic, which is important to me.

I didn't find it except through Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Can you order through Amazon UK? Maybe the currency conversion is easier there? Here's the link if you want to try. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Through-Eyes-Al ... 1853027103

I couldn't find it in any ebook or online version. Can a library there get it through a library here? Do they do those kinds of exchanges?

By the way, I love the title. Exactly how I always felt myself. I told my parents it wasn't their fault that aliens dropped me off.

I'm not sure whether this is possible in our libraries, and I haven't been able to find an online/ebook version either.

But, thankfully, a friend living in the US sent me a copy recently. :) I had sent her some gifts before, and she asked me what I would like in return, so I asked whether she could search for this book and for some autism-related buttons I couldn't buy here in Lithuania. She found it at once without any trouble and sent it to me with her next package. It was a wonderful gift and I feel really thankful for it. :)

I loved both the book and the poems that come with it. There is something very special about it, a softness and warmth which radiates from the writing and which I could relate to on a deep, fundamental level. Jasmine must be a sweet person, and one can feel that she is happy being precisely who she is and sincerely wishes other people to feel the same way about themselves. I wish there were more books like this, and more people felt that way.
