Only if it's some sort of portal to another dimension.. otherwise, meh, hum-drum daily boring background stuff - like walls, or floors.

So, yeah, you could say I have an interest in doors.
All the interest is in avoiding them though.

Seriously?

Fear of doors?

Why not? They screw with your memory. One of my OCD things back when I was still diagnosable was knowing that the front door was locked. My Mom left it unlocked one time before I was born and my Dad replaced the lock with one that automatically locked on it's own anytime it was shut.

I'd say that if people don't have some level of interest in doors, or concerns over the consequences, that they're likely the odd ones.

TBH, I wouldn't be surprised if there were an invisible fence to keep dogs in and the part with that physical gate is the part where the fence isn't actually installed. It's still a funny picture though.

Jim Morrison's band's name was a reference to Aldux Huxley's "Doors of perception".

But what does left vs right mean?

just an obscure spiritual reference, evil spirits are said by some to reincarnate via the left door, meaning this is the spiritual equivalent of a slow school student being held back a year.

My dad worked in construction (retired a couple years ago) & I helped him hang a bit of doors but I don't have an interest in doors. I'm not physically cut out for that kind of work.

Door symbolism in mythology might be of interest.

Meh. Doors are doors. They can be valuable tools in determining the height of a person in a selfie though.

If there's one thing I'm passionate about it's my absolute hatred of revolving doors.

I like automatic doors though. They always make me feel kind of special the way they open for me and wait until I've walked through them before they close. Never once have I been let down or disappointed by an automatic door.
