But it’s still $750,000.00 for a 1 bedroom condo.. + tax + interest + property transfer tax + monthly strata fees etc = probably somewhere around $6,000.00/month.

For comparative reference, that’s approximately 1.5x 100% of the average take home salary in the city.

I hope all of these places sit unsold. They won’t, but I wish they would. Because CRAZY that’s why.
