The Medi-Cal website says that it only takes an hour to apply but I have already wasted over an hour and I am not finished.

I updated my yearly income, as well as the amount that I get paid once every two weeks. But the computer won't let me update my monthly income. Even though monthly income is proportional to yearly income, I am afraid that if I don't make it correct, they will refuse to give me insurance. Then what?

Also it asked for Certificate of Citizenship Number. I looked and I can't find it.

However I am just trying to renew my insurance. If I didn't give my citizenship number when I first applied and I still got Medi-Cal insurance, then I find it hard to imagine that they will reject my application for renewal

Considering getting a certified enrollment counselor to do it for me, but the wait time is long. Besides, maybe there is something wrong with the portal and the counselor doesn't have the authority to do anything about it. Furthermore the counselor can't do anything if I don't have my Certificate of Citizenship Number.

Exhausted all day long as usual

Nothing accomplished

Felt like gorging

I got Medi-Cal, why you need to renew it? I had Medi-Cal for over 15 years, before I was on my mom’s insurance. I never had to renew before.
