What should I do when being razzed in sports?

I get angry really easily and take people's jokes too seriously, then insult them back to make them feel the same way I do, and that just upsets everyone.
In sports or like any competition people tend to be "friendly rude" and I don't know what to say back in response. I know if you don't respond you seem weak and being weak makes me angry and I'm terrible at sports so it's not like I can prove myself otherwise.
Anyway, I don't know what I should say as appropriate comebacks and any advice would be useful. (the problem is not "good comebacks", it's the not hurting people's feeling's part)

Snicker. Be a good sport about it like you're being roasted.

If you can't fight back, proving you're completely unphased is almost as good.

Or, lean heavily into the autism and give very deadpan responses like you're just confused.
