Post more videos of Sheldon lying. I know that this a topic about my mental health, but laughter is the best medicine.

I realized that my behavior that I thought is Conduct Disorder Unspecified is Bipolar, because throughout my childhood, I would behave in antisocial ways temporarily until I get depressed as Cyclothymic symptoms, then at age 15, it turned into Bipolar Disorder.

I thought I had history of Conduct Disorder Unspecified, but maybe it was a differential diagnosis.

Maybe you did have conduct disorder and then you got bi polar as well. You can have both you know.

I don't think conduct disorder automatically means you will end up being a psychopath either. It may lead to a diagnosis of aspd in adulthood but that's not always the case.

That makes sense. It's just that I wasn't always antisocial, because when I am depressed, I am not antisocial, it's like on and off switch.

Ok so I don't think you have to be antisocial outwardly all the time even if you have aspd.

I don't qualify for aspd because my behaviour as an adult has improved and I no longer commit crimes and I haven't been in jail or locked up since I was in my early 20s.

My behavior improved as well, it's just that when I manic, I have to have severe grandiosity, impulsivity, irritability and more antisocial thoughts, but when I am in normal mood and depressed, I don't have have much antisocial thoughts.

I wonder if you can explain it better.

You said that you don't always have to be antisocial to have CD or ASPD, but I looked at the diagnostic criteria, it says that Conduct Disorder and ASPD that the behavior is more repetitive than Bipolar.

Oh sorry I meant you don't have to be antisocial every minute of every day.

Sometimes you might wanna stay in and watch TV or just do nothing

To be honest though I very rarely took a day off so I don't really know what I'm talking about

That's understandable.
