If you were the human character in the Disney-Pixar movie "Inside Out," which emotion do you think would be driving in your head? It doesn't have to be one from the movie or the upcoming sequel.

Mine would be Frustration.

There would be no one at the wheel, unless there is such an emotion as "Automatic Pilot".

When I saw that film, my sister pointed at the character Sadness and said 'That's you', so take that as you will.

I have lived my entire life in fear. Definitely fear has "driven" my life.

Hypervigilance but I'm not sure if that's an emotion but it's the state I'm in pretty permanently

A feeling of vague anxiety about the future.

Definitely joy mixed with some anxiety. I'm joyous by default and other people and life keep dragging it down, but I try to stay happy as best as I can.

With the way I feel about society and gender stereotypes, probably Disgust.

I don't think I have a 'primary pilot'.
Just a bunch of something several shades within several shades -- more than whatever's in the emotion wheel both named and unnamed; of collectively very uncoordinated and uncooperative in my head.

It's more like fighting in a Battle Royale style brawl; whichsoever wins -- luckiest, fastest or strongest at the moment will get it.

So yes, on top of each other, I have to contend with them all.

I'd rather wish I have none.
Sometimes it just makes my head hurt for it to exists. Sometimes it's just stupidly distracting.
