Nice Photoshop work!

Lighting and angle are not consistent with the background. And notice they are wearing thick jackets . . . not something one would wear in New Orleans at this time.

A little odd (but since when is that a surpise?), but a good picture. Absolutely hilarious... as much as the picture of Bush wearing the One Ring that's been circling around the LotR community for quite some time.

I think all the disaster crew at FEMA had left and you were only left with homeland security cretins and a need to know mentality. There was no shortage of information, one of the most amusing was to do with metro bonds and how New Orleans was deep in debt and how was it going to recover and.... The insurance companies had a handle on things long before information started to leak up to the poiticians. When your brief centres around around detecting "illegal aliens" and protection of property, it comes as a shock you forgot a few hundred people in hospitals, and that protecting property meant that people couldn't leave the area.

In Tolkien's books, there was one character who could put on the Ring and remain visible. In fact, Tom Bombadil (also Iarwain Ben-adar in Sindarin Elvish) was able to make the Ring itself disappear for a few moments. Maybe Bush is old Tom Bombadil reincarnated...? ;)
