Think you might have something. My doctor friend asked me if I was getting help about my ADHD now that I know I’m on the spectrum. I said, “What ADHD? Me?”
She obviously sees something I don’t. No surprise.

i've long known, since childhood, that I had something resembling what I was eventually dx'ed as, "ADHD, inattentive subtype." IOW sleepy or sticky frontal lobes, long have had trouble shifting attention from one task to another without a hitch.

Noticably (yet subtle) increased alterness with just a couple of cups of morning coffee.
