stimming items

I am in dire need of a fidget. I enjoy rough/sharp/abrasive/ and/or crunchy textures that puncture my finger tips the most, not too much to break skin of course. That kind of sensation is the most stimulating for me. Does anyone have any reccommendations? Also, i like the color black. I prefer items i own to be black. My entire wardrobe is black. My notebook is black, my comfort stuff animal is black. Everything is black.

My first thought would be to affix stick-on velcro to a ball (one side will potentially puncture skin, the other side - loop side - won't). I like balls so I can pass them between my hands, so that was my first thought. Anything that is hand held could hold velcro on it. And it is usually black.
