If you need a new place to find weird movies, the website "366 Weird Movies" is amazing for suggestions.

I myself am a huge fan of bizarre films and some of my favorites are:

-The Hourglass Santorium (a very surreal and visually stunning Polish movie)

-The Wicker Man (the original only! It has an amazing psych folk soundtrack and Christopher Lee is great)

-Jan Svankmajer's utterly surreal Alice in Wonderland adaptation

-The Night of the Hunter

-Deathbed: The Bed That Eats (you kind of have to see it for the name alone)

-Akira Kurosawa's 'Dreams'

An Italian horror film by Dario Argento called "Phenomena" about a young girl with the power to control insects who becomes the key to solving a string of serial killings at a Swiss Boarding School.

I actually enjoyed the movie. I also liked his other film "Suspiria".

Things (1989)

Imagine you're a young teenager with a love for horror movies and a Super 8 film camera and you made a horror film with it? That's what Things is, only it was released to VHS and long after to DVD those young teenagers were adult men. That might explain why an adult porn star appears in the film as a news reporter against an 1980s MTV like background. She is clothed. It appears they filmed her in one session as she read cue cards held for her off to the side of several "stories in the news." Then they cut the news stories she read into individual single shot scenes and maybe randomly (???) spliced it into the film at different points.

It is weird, and not deliberately weird like a David Lynch film.
