Decided to play around with my tarot cards and after eating far too much candy yesterday when I should have known better given my diabetes...
Well, let's see my my cards say?
"Will I one day beat my Diabetes? Or will my diabetes beat me?"
My "Fool" card representing the question at hand appeared in reverse, meaning that the answer will not be an easy one.
I have to disregard "The Lovers" in the very center as it appeared rightside up meaning what will "immediately happen" is inconclusive.
To the left, the past, I pulled "The Hermit".
"Be on your guard, keep a still tongue about your affairs"
To the right, the present, I pulled "The Emperor".
"Expect good will and assistance from others"
To the bottom, representing that which is "fading away". I pulled "Justice".
"Be on your guard as others are not well duspoaed towards you".
At the top, the "final outcome" I pulled "The Moon".
"A warning that your own duplicity or perhaps self-deception, impedes your plans".
That last card, The Moon, seems to be a warning that if I don't stop fooling myself saying "One more won't hurt" when it comes to eating foods I know are hurting me, I am going to be in serious trouble.
People close to me also seem to be ready to give up on trying to help me cut back on earing bread and sweets...
I guess the cards are saying the only one who can really truly help me is myself.
