What of there is more to just psychosis than Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders, don't all mental, behavioral or neurodevelopmental disorders include psychotic features if it is severe?

I know that major depression, bipolar, and PTSD can include psychotic features.

I fell into psychotic depression when I was 20. Like TP mentioned, bipolar disorder & PTSD can include psychosis. I also think delusional disorders could include some psychosis features
