Since yesterday right hip pain

This far, zero other symptoms

Slept 9-9:30pm. Woke up and tried and failed to sleep until midnight. Six pieces of bread. Stretched. Trying and failing to sleep again

My job involves constant walking

41 only getting physically weaker, s**t

Pretty soon I won't be able to do my job

Do you know if it's muscle or bone pain or what

do not know if it is muscle or bone related.
