Has anyone tried any alternative therapies, diets/supplements etc to deal with their symptoms? I'd be interested to hear about your experiences!

We're doing "RDI" (Relationship Development Intervention) with our son and having very promising results. Also taking him off milk and gluten has done wonders for his behavior, (curbed the spinning alot.)

Thanks for the links Arashi.. I am thinking of trying the gluten/milk free diet myself, no idea if it works for adults, as most of the research seems to be with children.. but it can't do any harm I suppose.. I am glad your son is making good progress, good luck to you both!

This is interesting. I'd like to hear more about alt. therapies. Just a word to the wise, keep your doctors informed of anything you're trying (diet and supplement wise) because these can interact with medications; sometimes dangerously.
