It's like being aware of too much and not being able to do anything. I'm living in a 3rd world country where intelligence is not appreciated and has no use of. I'm 26 and still not sorted my life out. I get anxiety whenever im thinking about this. Time is passing too fast and I'm making no progress

In what country is intelligence not appreciated or where there is no use for it?

Well I don't know if it is actually a 3rd world country or not, all I can tell you is that in my country (which thankfully is a developed one) my smarts were not exactly appreciated in some scenarios. It is all about finding the right group of people, the right place. I get that part of being aware of too much and not being able to do anythnig, I know is hard, and disorienting, but you need to TRY. Try finding a job, anywhere, doesn't matter what, just try... Any experience you gain may open doors to better places. Try to get in groups of people that are of your level, either by participating in complex hobby that requires going places, going to a hackerspace, going to a competition (coding, building, math.. anything). You need to TRY. Try, fail, try, fail, up until you find the right place, the right people, and yes, eventually, the right job.

BEST OF LUCK!

Also remember that you can be the most talented person ever, but if you don't practice, anybody will win you, so even if you are smart, if you don't use that head of yours, it becomes worthless very very quickly, you have an advantage, not the key to success. Even if you don't have a job, don't sit idle, there are lots of things you can do with a cheapo laptop or a phone like the one you used to get in here, so again, TRY, don't sit idle. If you are really good at something, go to a competition, usually companies like to hire those that can perform good.

I've also seen that you have other topics open about your struggles. I think that with a job and so on, some of your worries would disappear or get lower, seeing you are going somewhere. However, if I were you, I'd seek for professional help. See if there are any ASD specialists in your area and go, even if broke, it might be worth the effort.
