I had another sort of mini meltdown, with a little bit of yelling and or getting emotional. I was wondering is this normal for us? I put a lot of pressure on myself, with life just in general, and lately trying to form friendships with women I do know. I just get very angry and or upset, wondering why I can't do friendships or relationships that well. I worry perhaps I might have other mental health issues, such as Paranoia, OCD, Bipolar or quick to anger with crying, my father even asks me always if I need to see a doctor or go to the ER. I just don't understand how I see people doing everything fine, they even seem to ''enjoy'' being social and forming relationships, and I have to live a certain way to stay sane.

It sounds like you're putting a lot of pressure on yourself. Can you try to be nicer to yourself? Would you be putting that kind of pressure on someone else? If not, then why do it to yourself.

It also seems like you might benefit from seeing a supportive and understanding therapist. They can help you sort some of this out while also giving you someone who is in your corner and is there to help you.
