Taking over tasks from a sick co-worker

Since yesterday a co-worker was very tired, a slight burn-out, so she stayed home.

Another co-worker did some tasks that the first co-worder would, if she weren't ill. I talked with him. "I think she told you how to do things, for example pritting reports for students with figures (how they have been performing)."
He: "Yes, she taught me."
A while ago that co-worker was my boss, and I asked her to teach me things, so that I can do them. While I had a bore-out (stress because of too little workload or absence of workload), she was close to a burn-out. I didn't understand why I can't do some of the work, if it's too much for her.

Then she told me: "If I would teach that to you, I can better do it myself. You have a learning disorder."
I don't have a learning disorder diagnosis. I do have an autism diagnosis.
I found out, behind my back, that my higher boss diagnosed me like that. He talked with my verzekeringsarts (a doctor that tests people, to see whether they have a work disability) behind my back, to arrange a learning disorder diagnosis.
Later on my boss denied having said that. So she was lying.

Now I have a new boss since April, and I will discuss this with him after the summer vacation (that will start after a week). I want / demand to be retested. This time without lies, without tricks, with honesty only. If that is rejected I will sue several people, with the exception of my current boss.
