Hi all. I used to use this forum many years ago but now being 32 and with no friends I need to find every avenue to just try and connect with people. Hope everyone is as good as they can be. I have autism and EUPD.

These mood swings can affect sleep, energy, activity, judgment, behavior and the ability to think clearly.

Episodes of mood swings from depression to mania may occur rarely or multiple times a year. Each bout usually lasts several days.
