I’ve basically just lost yet another job, one in which seemed great at first until people started screwing me over and making zero sense. Doing the best I can has only gotten me where I am now. Things were going okay until things out of my control started happening and me and only me gets blamed for it. How can I be hopeful that things will get better unless I magically luck into a job where people aren’t going to do things that make me not wanna work there anymore?

I'm sorry for what you're going through. Job loss is never easy. In terms of being hopeful I know it's difficult but just try to keep a mindset that there are always going to be more opportunities around the corner and you will find one where you are appreciated. I will keep you in my thoughts!
