Yes Star wars introduced AI Princess Leah after Carrie Fisher passed. We are waiting to see what they do for the late Ray Stevenson's character of Baylan Scholl. Stevenson passed as well, but his character arc technically only just started.

Thanks to AI, we've got James Hetfield singing all of Megadeth's biggest hits. Sometimes even at different ages (1986 Jaymz vs. 1991 era Jaymz).
