Mine is jumping and hopping up and down when I listen to music or Im excited/happy. Also I have another one which is a bit embarrassing, but it involves me shaking my head and turning my hands into fists and squeezing them together, which is why my hands have callouses. This last Stim of mine is rather embarrassing for me. I've only literally ever heard of a single other person who also has it.

I whip up and down objects like a pen or comb. When I was younger it used to be metal hangers. I found that I almost got caught too often and I broke the hangers too often.

I don't know if these count as stims... but I do these things without even thinking: Picking at my lips (until they bleed and then I'm like "Why did I do that?!" :x ), picking at any lose skin (gross, I know), teeth grinding, and sometimes I'll sway, not just to music.

I don't have any stims, but I also have only very mild ASD traits.

I have many many stims.

One right now is walking around at work shaking my hands turned inward at the wrist. Especially when it's noisy, helps with regulation.

I don't have restless legs anymore, but I still rock, sway or twist.
Teeth grinding sometimes.
To music...pogo or headbanging

In retrospect I remember that I had a lot of stims at the age 2-5 years. It was rather harmless things like shouting a couple of made up words while spinning around with my right arm raised above my head. My parents thought this really odd and disturbing and let me know that. So I stopped doing that. Instead I started biting on my finger nails and continued to do that for many years.

I've had the same stim since I was 2 years old lol... hair twirling and any form of fidgeting with my hair. I had hair pulling for awhile, but I stopped that a long time ago. It happened at puberty and lasted a couple years. I still go to do it when stressed, but i stop myself and twirl my hair instead.
