Are the Final Fantasy games progressive as like the Sims 2? Meaning do you need to purchase and load the first before the following editions?

8O

You are kidding, right?

If you aren't, then my only response is "Hell, no!" Each Final Fantasy game is a standalone, with an occasional sequel, but independent. It's only if you wanted the MMORPG Final Fantasy XI that you'd have to worry about that.

Thank you. And I honestly did not know. Some games require the first in order to play them. That's why I asked.

Goodie! Off to amazon to possibly make a purchase. :D

Would you like a recommendation?

I'm back after putting my eyes back in their sockets. All of the games (right now) are beyond my spending/mad money budget.

And yes. Which one would you recommend? Is FF VII a good one? Keep in mind it has to be a PC platform.

Would you like a recommendation?

Final Fantasies VII, VIII and XI all have PC versions, but the first two you'd probably only get off eBay. FFXI is easier to get, but it is an MMORPG, and has several expansions.

So I saw (FF XI) But I wouldn't much care for an online game. Tried that w/sims online which drove me batty (frequently to many users/gamers playing).

I'll probably start will # 7-I have a thing for "Tifa"

I have a thing for Tifa, too. Not... uh... that kind of thing. She just kicks butt!

That's an expansion pack or add-on, The Sims has a lot of them but even they have their sequels, for example there's The Sims 2, and the original Sims which are out now and there's supposed to be another Sequel coming out soon. Expansion Pack are not considered a full game because they typically just ad new content. Also expansions usually only come on the Computer and most FFs that I've played are on the Playstation or on a Gameboy.

That's what I meant. I've watched a couple videos of her in action. That's what I like about her. No nonsense.
