4 am wake up - net
5:30 get out of bed(if my partner isn't home)
8:30 allowed to get up if she is.
9:30 shower
10:00 walk dogs, release chooks, give bale to alpacas if needed.
10:30 household chores
Lunch is sometime between 11:45 and 4 (if I remember)
<Insert random activities here>
6pm feed myself then dogs (if partner is away)
6-7 else get fed and watch dogs being fed.(No judgement...you have no idea how bad my cooking is)
6:30 or 7 watch TV news
7:30 stream 'sodes (if partner is home) else TV and net
10:30 brush teeth, bank fire
11ish - bedtime and net until I think I can get to sleep

Rinse and repeat unless there's an Event
None of this is set in stone...it's just a set of averages
Just had the years main event... My birthday bonfire. My next event is the Teenage Bottlerocket gig on the 30th :D

I don't have them. :(

There's my sleep time, which is not stable.
Maybe I'm having this dopamine seeking behavior of screen time until 5am, maybe I'm tired enough to just sleep at 6pm after only being awake for less than 5hrs a day.
Maybe I'm planning to skip a night because I cannot guarantee waking up on time, let alone get up on time.

There's my sleep length, which is also uncertain whether it happens naturally or it's because I was following a schedule that either matches or conflicts with whatever schedule/appointment/event I need to go to.
It can be non-existent, it can be 16+ hrs long.

Then there's the window of time I need to get up -- I don't know if I'm able to be up as soon as I wake up or stay another several hours, or if I ever have that time because of following some schedule, or if I can and able to decide to just do it or stay indecisive for several more hours until missing an entire day.

My eating times are also not stable.
I may ended up eating 5 meals, or 1 meal. Maybe because I have cravings and gave in, or have them and not give in.
Maybe I was being more mindful that day or maybe I was recklessly spending more than usual without a care.
Maybe because there's an event and I wanna try them all, maybe because I feel like keep saying no and having gut issues.


... That's just the basics.
Nevermind other activities.

But sure I try to stay true to brushing my teeth before bedtime -- or before another 24 hr cycle after the last one...

Or walk for few hours worth outdoors for several days a week, whether I'm starting at 3am out of boredom or 7pm because I need a piece of paper (or nothing).

Or that my bathing times is very relative to the climate, how prone I sweat or how intolerant I'm to getting drenched, or if I really don't feel like it, or suddenly going meticulous.
Either it's after I wake up or before bedtime.


My other activity times a mess -- even to stuff that I like, like playing games.
A half of them is usually 'when I remember it' or 'when I feel like it'. Even like stuff I need like working out.
It can be at 3am, it can be at 3pm.


Also, no.
I do not have ADHD. I did not have this as a kid and it just gotten worse as I age. And it's too inconsistent.

Out of everything related to my executive dysfunction issues, anything directly related to regulating my attention is not one of those problems.
Not even with seemingly fluctuating crappy working memory, unfiltered and randomly fluctuating processing senses, easily though so what improving dysregulated moods...

I genuinely just need to learn prioritizing in a real way, which I did not have a the space to learn about no thanks to coping with crap.

Most of this is me growing up hating sleep, being an internally intolerant hormonal female, a household without a plan and in a culture full of tentative times and dates. :roll:

Doesn't matter how many responsibilities I have or don't have, doesn't matter if I like and look forward to something, it doesn't matter if there's consequences or rewards -- sometimes things just 'resets' and forget that feeling either as soon as I woke up or as soon as my reproductive cycle phase changed. :roll:

  • Go across the room and turn off the alarm, turn the lights on
  • Shower or get dressed
  • Make Breakfast - Usually an egg and bagel w/cream cheese
  • Read the newspapers
  • Browse social media, make daily post to my autism platform
  • Write down something that I am/was grateful for and put it in a tupperware container
  • Get my socks on
  • Take my morning pills
  • pack my bag for work or day program
  • Put my shoes on, turn off all the lights
  • Go wait for the bus to go where I need to go

11 AM: wake up, brush teeth, wash face, make coffee, & get ready for the day.

12 PM: Feed rabbits, check on the greenhouse and garden.

12:30 PM: Go walking, usually 2-3 miles.

1:30 PM: Eat lunch.

2-4 PM: Work on projects; usually videography/photography, and volunteering.

4-5 PM: Household chores; laundry, vacuuming, dishes, pay bills etc.

5-6 PM: Work in the garden & feed rabbits.

6-7 PM: Make dinner.

7-8 PM: Clean kitchen, tidy up.

8-9 PM: Chill online, work on projects; usually videography and photography again.

9-10 PM: Shower, get cozy, turn down the lights

10 PM - 2 AM: Chill online, listen to music, watch shows.

2 AM - 11 AM: Sleep

I've got routines but I don't usually perform them at set times unless they involve catching public transport or time-critical appointments. And a given procedure of mine isn't identical every time, just very similar.

My sleep schedule is extremely disordered and I can't change that, so I can't have a routine. I'm also chronically exhausted so most of my days consist of sitting in bed watching TV or streaming shows and puttering on the computer. I don't have regular mealtimes and just graze on food at various times. It's hard enough to try to remember to take my medication and supplements every day twice a day. I used to go out for a short bike ride every day but lately I've been too tired. On weekends and sometimes one day in the week I see my boyfriend. On occasion I manage to make it to an event with him, but often we just go out to eat and then hang around at my house. He does all the driving.
