I remember seeing a discussion in which people were talking about older women having children and the pros and cons and one person was saying "We shouldn't just go and rush out and have sex." And another said "Well biologically you should".

I seem also to think that in the days between leaving school and finishing university, college etc, that everyone from my school possibly had the experience of sex or a one night stand even though I clearly don't know what they were doing. I know I shouldn't assume really but I couldn't help but think it when I saw photos of people partying and clubbing. Last night I even was talking to a friend about missing out on getting "drunk" and explained that I am not missing out on anything. Getting drunk is just a feeling. You're not missing out if you don't like it. I like to socialise and drink but I've never been drunk and don't want to but I seem to strangely feel as though getting drunk will "attract" people to you. I know that might sound ridiculous.

Why am I the only one with a hand up?
Looks like I'm weird even for WP.

It's not in it for me to do that. I'd rather watch Hogan's Heroes than have an hour of hot sex before bed.

Define 'us'.

I think it's natural to have FOMO when you see people your age having fun. But I can tell you from my experience, getting to the other side, all the "hooplah" passes.

When I mean 'us', I mean all humans.

For many people it is 'in' them to rush out and have sex, but not for everyone. People aren't a monolith in this regard.
